Innovative Microencapsulated Technology for Tea Tree Oil

Tea Tree Oil is a volatile essential oil derived mainly from the Australian native plant Melaleuca Alternifolia. Wizard Guard TTO+ is a new delivery system of tea tree oil using microencapsulated technology for the design of unique and innovative activated textiles and footwear.

● Wizard® Guard TTO+ microcapsule suspensions are easily applied to fabrics using cold set bath or pad dry cure method.

● Wizard® Guard TT0+ microcapsules are loaded with 28% Tea Tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia) Essential oil.

● Wizard® Guard TT0+ stabilize and protect the properties of the potent Tea Tree oil, mask the characteristic tea tree oil odour (camphor smell), prevents degradation in cosmetic formulations. The Tea Tree essential oil is released by applying a mechanical pressure that breaks the polymeric shell while rubbing the cosmetic formulation onto skin.
